1. About us

This website is operated by Nzuri Pty Ltd (ABN 53 637 792 422), trading as Her Time to Glow ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

Our products are cosmetic, home and lifestyle products. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or health condition. Please read the ingredients before use, patch test skincare and body products, and stop using any product that causes irritation. Candles must never be left burning unattended.

We try to display products, colours and descriptions as accurately as possible, but natural and handmade products can vary slightly, and colours may look different on different screens.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders you've already placed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable), and if we do, we'll refund you in full.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the price you paid.
