We want you to love everything you buy from Her Time to Glow. If something isn't right, here's how we'll help.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or you received the wrong item, please email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund (including original shipping), at your choice. If we ask you to return the item, we'll cover the cost.

Change of mind

We're happy to offer a refund for change of mind within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unopened and in its original packaging. Please email us first so we can confirm your return. You'll need to cover the cost of returning the item, and the original shipping charge is not refundable.

For hygiene reasons, we can't accept change-of-mind returns on skincare, lip care, body care, bath products or sleep masks once they've been opened or used. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty.

How to return an item

Email hello@hertimetoglow.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Once we confirm, post the item to:

We recommend a tracked postage service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days to appear.
