Where we ship

We currently ship within Australia only.

How it works

Our products are made by small Australian makers, and each maker sends your items directly to you.

Gift sets always come from a single maker, so they arrive together in one parcel with one shipping charge.
If you order individual items from more than one maker, your order will arrive in separate parcels, and a shipping charge applies for each maker. You'll see the total before you pay.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout and starts from $9.95.

Processing and delivery times

Most orders are dispatched within 1 to 5 business days.
Delivery usually takes a further 2 to 8 business days, depending on your location. Regional and remote areas may take longer.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way, where tracking is available.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of your order date, please contact us and we'll follow it up with the carrier and make it right.

Address errors

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll try to update it before dispatch.
